Qualified, Experienced, and Fair Judges are vital to the judiciary. Judge Lody Jean has proven to be an asset to the bench: She is always prepared for Court, rules promptly, and treats all parties respectfully. In addition to being a dedicated jurist, Lody adds to the fabric of a diverse bench. She is the first and only Haitian American woman appointed to the Miami-Dade Bench. She is involved in many voluntary bar organizations and participates in many community events.
