State Attorney's Office Drops All Charges Against U.S. Army Soldier

Our client, a sergeant in the United States Army, was accused of striking and abusing his wife, while driving in their automobile.


The Miami State Attorney's Office alleged that our client committed an assault and battery against his wife when he struck her in the face several times causing facial lacerations.
